The breakfast was tasty and the room was freshly renovated, bed was exceptionally comfortable. I got free upgrade and liked it. The service was good, just like I expected. The venue's position was central.

Staff were phenomenal, the location was handy, the bed was very comfy. It was incredible, good enough for a little getaway. We had a continental breakfast in the hotel.

Facilities were adequate, but internet connection was weak.

pleasant view, incredibly kind staff, outstanding food. unbeatable location, just off shopping centres and the beach and a supermarket, yet the area was pretty noisy. they helped us with extra beach towels too. loved smooth check-in.

Well, the bathroom was too small and Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

All in all it was very good value for money, considering prices in Playa del Ingles. The room was functional and I liked the pool, it was great. Amazing view of garden. Excellent continental breakfast - lovely selection. The snack bar was excellent and the drinks were cool.

The hotel is in a FANTASTIC position and the airport is 30 km away. Paseo costa canaria is next to the property.
